9.23.2021

Good evening Inspired Living Kenner.

This is Campbell McClure, your Executive Director.

I hope everyone is getting back to normal outside of Inspired Living.  I understand some families have recently had issues reaching our Memory Care mobile phone or the First-floor mobile phone.  We are expecting their replacement soon and hopefully communication improves.  If you are still having trouble reaching a resident’s landline or any of our mobile numbers, contact our concierges (504-313-6600), Jennifer Holmes (504-338-8646), Stephanie Scaruffi (504-275-9763), or I for immediate assistance.

Coastal Reconstruction continues to make strides.  Our community is quickly returning to normal and a total of 58 units have been completed.  After this weekend, any remaining PRV results will have been received and any equipment in those units removed.  The few areas or units that required demolition work will be waiting approval from the Insurance Companies on how to proceed with their recommended rebuild.  There is hope this proposal will be approved by the end of next week and final renovations started immediately after.  If you are still on leave and would like an update on your apartment, contact me to coordinate your loved one’s return.

Additionally, a professional carpet cleaning service was onsite today working on several priority units.  Tomorrow, they plan to finish every affected unit on Assisted Living.

Tomorrow is Friday!  Be sure to sign up for Assisted Living’s Joy Ride at 10:30am or a Memory Care’s Joy Ride at 2:30pm.  Happy Hour will be held at 4pm by the tiki bar.  Residents have really enjoyed this week’s cool weather, so thanks to staff for bringing them outside during the day.

Next week is a busy one.  Tuesday at 1pm, a student volunteer will play piano for any resident who joins.  This will be held in the Assisted Living lobby.  Wednesday, we will host our September Birthday party.  This will be held at 3pm on both sides, honoring any resident who had a Se birthday this month.  All are invited to cake and refreshments.  Then Thursday, Legacy Hospice will sponsor a Root Beer Float social at 3pm for all residents.  Residents will end their night enjoying a taste of Africa during our Inspired Destination Dinner.

As always, we appreciate your trust and prayers and consider it a privilege to care for your loved one.

God bless, Campbell

Good evening Inspired Living Kenner.

This is Campbell McClure, your Executive Director.

Internet & Cable have been restored!  A few apartments were still without service, but COX came today to resolve.  Families are welcome to resume all methods of communication when trying to reach a loved one, including calling or emailing our front desk.  If you have difficulty reaching a resident’s landline or one of our mobile nursing phones, contact our concierges (504-313-6600), Jennifer Holmes (504-338-8646), Stephanie Scaruffi (504-275-9763), or I for immediate assistance.

Coastal Reconstruction continued making progress through the weekend.  Their restoration team is staying late tonight to test an additional 17 units.  By tomorrow, we will be expecting PRV results on roughly 35 units.  Hopefully all of them will pass and be added to our list of completed units which is currently 19.  Those few residents requiring demolition work will soon be able to return to their homes if they haven’t already done so.  All demolition work is expected to be finished by tomorrow.  After that point, we will be waiting on approval from the Insurance Companies on how to proceed with any rebuild.  If you are still on leave and would like to return your loved one, contact me to coordinate their safe return.

I hope everyone enjoyed the photos on Facebook from last week’s National Assisted Living Celebration.  Friday’s tailgate was a huge success and gave us an opportunity to announce the winners of our Inspired Living Superlative Awards.  Congratulations to all the winners and thanks to those who were supportive.  Catholic Mass resumes tomorrow at 2pm in the AL Dining Hall.  Both sides of our community are invited and will be escorted if needed.  Program will also be hosting our Inspired Destination African Travel Logs in honor of this month’s destination.

If you want to get out for a brief period and haven’t experienced one of our Joy Rides, please sign up.  Assisted Living departs at 10:30am every Wednesday and Friday, and Memory Care leaves at 2:00pm every Friday.

We will continue to manage communication through the hellokenner@inspiredliving.care email for anyone having trouble reaching our staff.

As always, we appreciate your trust and prayers and consider it a privilege to care for your loved one.

God bless, Campbell

9.16.2021

Good evening Inspired Living Kenner.

This is Campbell McClure, your Executive Director.

COX was onsite today but determined internet wouldn’t be restored until next week.  As a result of the pole damage Loyola sustained, a new feeder cable must be installed down Loyola between West Esplanade and Vintage Road.  This is nearly a 1-mile job requiring bucket trucks to complete.  The soonest they estimate is Sunday but service may not be restored until next week.

A total of 45 units or common areas have now been returned to their normal moisture content but are awaiting testing.  15 units/common areas were PRV tested today and awaiting results.   Our completed units or common area count increased to 16!  For those who may have missed, PRV testing is Post Remediation Verification testing.  This is being done to every affected unit but may not require your loved one’s relocation.  Those who needed to be relocated have been informed and so have their families.

I’m continuing to ask all returning residents, to call ahead so we can explain the exact status of your apartment. We understand the challenges associated with caring for your loved one may bring but want to make sure we properly plan to welcome you home safely.

Yesterday’s sock hop was a major hit with our residents.  Many were in attendance from both sides of the community, and all were smiling.  As I walked the tables I received compliments from everyone on the effort and timing of this much needed mental reset.  Thanks to any staff who helped make our resident’s day.  Today, residents presented their care packages to each associate.  Such a heartfelt token of appreciation from the residents and the staff really enjoyed their consideration.  Tomorrow, programming continues National Assisted Living Week by hosting a tailgate party to celebrate their favorite teams and residents will wake up Saturday morning to an assortment of pastries for breakfast.  Church services resume Sunday with Brother Waghorn on both sides and Catholic Mass returns Tuesday at 2pm in the dining room.

We will continue to manage communication through our support center and the hellokenner@inspiredliving.care email.

As always, we appreciate your trust and prayers and consider it a privilege to care for your loved one.

Enjoy your weekend and God bless

9.14.2021

Good evening Inspired Living Kenner.

This is Campbell McClure, your Executive Director.

Our community operations are essentially back to normal.  All utilities are restored except for internet, phone, and cable television, although a COX technician is scheduled for a service visit this Thursday.  Once restored, families can call their loved one’s landlines and the community’s main number.

Our partner Coastal Reconstruction is making great progress.  As of today, a total of 30 units/common areas were dried and waiting PRV testing.  6 units/common areas are waiting on PRV results and 10 units/common areas are finished, ready for re-occupancy.  PRV is Post Remediation Verification testing.  This is an important test for all rooms but critical for those affected by mold.  Unfortunately, we cannot allow those residents to return to their apartment until we’ve received clearance from the hygienist.  Those affected families were contacted and made aware of their loved one’s temporary housing arrangements.  All other resident apartments without mold but with equipment, are being encouraged to remain out if unable to tolerate their environmental conditions.  Meaning, those who can’t tolerate the noise, safely maneuver past equipment & cords, or anyone unwilling to cooperate with our restoration team during equipment checks or testing preparations.

In an effort to remain completely transparent, please call me directly before returning your loved one to the community, so we can explain the exact situation of your loved one’s apartment. Every single resident has a unique situation, and I want to make sure that everyone knows the exact status of their loved one’s apartment. We understand the challenges associated with caring for your loved one may bring but want to make sure we properly plan to welcome you home safely.

In other news, this week is “National Assisted Living Week!”  Sunday, we had an ice cream social to celebrate Grandparents Day, so please check Facebook.  Monday, we groomed and took some glamor shots of residents which will be post on Friday.  Today, residents made care packages for staff affected by the storm and tomorrow will celebrate a community sock hop by reliving the 1950’s!

We will continue to manage communication through our support center and the hellokenner@inspiredliving.care email.

As always, we appreciate your trust and prayers and consider it a privilege to care for your loved one.

God bless, Campbel

Good evening Inspired Living Kenner.

This is Campbell McClure, your Executive Director.

Our building was fully converted to city power as of last night!  Apartment units are operational with lights, running water and air condition.  All elevators are working properly, and common areas remain comfortable.

Our partner Coastal Reconstruction continues their refurbishment efforts and have completed moisture mapping of the entire building.  The dry out phase is in full progress on Assisted Living and immediately awaiting the industrial hygienist’s clearance once dried.  We continue working on internal options to house residents as their apartments dry but in the spirit of efficiency, we are asking able residents to remain in common areas during most of the day so we can expedite this process. If you are on leave with a loved one, we may ask you remain out until this process is complete.  Any resident living in an apartment that was not affected, is being asked if they can comfortability house a neighbor for a few days while we dry down those apartments.  We appreciate your understanding and generosity during these challenging times.  Should you have questions or concerns about living with a companion, please reach out to me directly.

The weather was gorgeous today and appears to repeat tomorrow.  As I made rounds, resident on Memory Care were enjoying their patio while engaged in activities.  This wasn’t the only treat today.  Several lucky residents from both sides were able to see the city on our joy rides.  Those who attended saw firsthand how serious Ida was and how fortunate we’ve been to recover so quickly.  In our continued effort to create raving fans, Dean has offered his weekend to continue these for residents on both sides.  Thank you Dean, for being generous in spirit.

We will continue to manage communication through our support center and the hellokenner@inspiredliving.care email.

  • If there is a specific situation with your loved one, will contact you immediately and DIRECTLY.

If you want to and can bring your loved one home, we want to work with you to facilitate your wishes. Please contact us at hellokenner@inspiredliving.care to schedule pickup.

We appreciate your trust and prayers and consider it a privilege to care for your loved one.

God bless, Campbell

Good evening Inspired Living Kenner.

This is Campbell McClure, your Executive Director.

Our building continues to be powered mostly by the city, although we are supplementing with generators where needed.  Tonight, we are expecting Entergy to arrive and work on all remaining connections to fully convert our building.  Temperatures remain comfortable but we expect them to get cooler as we get closer to being on full city power. The freight elevator at the end of our first floor is temporarily out of service, but the two middle ones are working. We are hoping to have all three elevators functional by the end of the day.

Our partner Coastal Restoration continues their refurbishment efforts on resident apartments and have completed moisture mapping of all of Memory Care.  The dry out phase is in progress on Assisted Living and more rooms are being initiated with each day.  We continue working on internal options to house residents as their apartments dry but in the spirit of efficiency, we are asking able residents to stay in common areas during most of the day so we can speed up the dry down process. If you are on leave with a loved one, we may ask you remain out until this process is complete.  Any resident living in an apartment that was not impacted, is being asked if they can comfortability house a neighbor for a few days while we dry down their apartments.  We appreciate your understanding and generosity during these challenging times.  If you have questions or concerns about this, please reach out to me directly.

We remain confident in our staffing.  Thank you to all of them for their dedication and commitment to our moms and dads.  Management continues to support them daily and remains available to all residents, families, and staff.

We will continue to manage communication through our support center and the hellokenner@inspiredliving.care email.

Good evening Inspired Living Kenner.

This is Campbell McClure, your Executive Director.

We have been focused heavily on restoring normal operations for the residents and supporting our care partners who were affected by the storm.

City power has been restored to most of our building and we are using generator power to supplement where needed.  1st floor’s hallway, front lobby, dining hall, freight elevator and kitchen AC are on generator power.  We are actively working with Entergy’s and Coastal’ s electricians to resolve this matter.

Our partner Coastal Reconstruction continues their refurbishment efforts on resident apartments who were impacted by water.  They have started the dry out phase and in doing so have added several, loud pieces of equipment to each affected apartment.  We are working on how we will strategically move residents within the building to expedite this process.  If you are on leave with a loved one, we may ask you remain out until this process is complete.  Yesterday and today we contacted the families of the residents with the most damage. By this evening or tomorrow morning at the latest, you still may get a call if your loved one has minor moisture damage in the walls. In the spirit of efficiency, we are asking able residents to stay in common areas during most of the day so we can speed up the dry down process.

Working with our staff continues to be a priority of ours and we feel confident we are safely staffed to continue caring for your loved ones.  Management continues to work on site daily and remains available to all residents, families, and staff.

Lashondra, our Program Director strikes again!  Today she arranged for the great, Ron Pennington to entertain our Assisted Living residents for WDW and Memory Care boogied with Joe Barbara.

We will continue to manage communication through our support center and the hellokenner@inspiredliving.care email.

Happy Labor Day Inspired Living Kenner.

This is Campbell McClure, your Executive Director.

We have been focused heavily on restoring normal operations for the residents and supporting our care partners who were affected by the storm.   We have been managing well given the circumstances.

Each day gets a little better but as reported earlier –common area air-condition stations were established; cooling areas, elevator and supplies were all restored on September 2.  Running water is available however, our community is still under advisory.  We are boiling water to cook with, passing bottled water out for consumption and using hand sanitizer.

Our partner Coastal Restoration continues refurbishment efforts on resident apartments who were impacted by water and are helping with general cleaning.  The community is tarped with roofers on site should there be inclement weather.  We have a mobile Unit on site for showers and rest stations for our staff.   We are expecting to have full power restoration by Sept. 8th but will keep you posted to any changes.

I have debriefed with all department heads today and have a good handle on staffing.  We have transitioned to our customary scheduling and where needed, department leaders and other home office support are on site ready to support us with labor, supplies and new clothing for our residents and associates.

Lashonda is on site and has programing covered.   We had chair aerobics today and to celebrate Labor Day, we were able to schedule live entertainment featuring Jeremey Grow on Memory Care.  Assisted Living will have WDW but with jukebox music.  We will post photos from today on Facebook, so keep an eye out.

We will continue to manage communication through our support center and the hellokenner@inspiredliving.care email.
o As mentioned, until full restoration, power is at a premium.  We will contact you immediately and DIRECTLY if there is a specific situation with your loved one.

If you want to and can bring your loved one home, we understand and want to work with you to facilitate your wishes. Please contact us at hellokenner@inspiredliving.care to schedule pickup.

We appreciate your trust and prayers and consider it a privilege to care for your loved one.
God bless,
Campbell

9.3.21 Hurricane Ida Update Video

9.2.2021

Good morning Inspired Living Kenner.

This is Campbell McClure, your Executive Director.  We are making significant strides and water has been restored!  Residents have started taking showers and laundry is being washed, although only a few units are operational.  To our knowledge, we are still on a water boil advisory but in much better condition to continue sheltering in place.  We are becoming more operational day by day!

The Electrical Team arrived on site yesterday and the power lines blocking our entrance were removed allowing safe and easy access to our community.

Cisco arrived with our additional food, and we have an abundance of supplies including bottled water.  We had an amazing breakfast this morning with delicious buffet options for residents.

We have multiple generators providing power to the community and additional air conditioning turned on.  Restorations and cleaning efforts are in full production.  Additional Fuel is arriving today, allowing us to maintain our power supply.

Activities are resuming and we will be posting photos on Facebook.  Please view and like our page.

Our goal is to transition to our customary scheduling as soon as Sunday.  However, many of our associates were directly impacted and we are working hard to understand their situation while assisting them with recovery.  In the meantime, Executive leaders and other home office support have arrived on site to support us with labor, supplies and new clothing for our residents and associates.

We will continue to manage communication through our support center and the hellokenner@inspiredliving.care email.
o Even if phone lines are restored, power is at a premium.

God bless,

Campbell McClure

9.1.2021

Good afternoon Inspired Living Kenner.

This is Campbell McClure, your Executive Director.  We are committed to all updates – and will provide them as early as possible.    We are making strides to many moving parts!

Jennifer and I checked on every resident and our situation is stable although challenging.  Safety remains our highest priority and sheltering continues to be the best strategy.  If this status changes, we will execute quickly and efficiently.

Sodexo made amazing dinner “wraps” yesterday and even our toughest food critics were raving! For breakfast, we had eggs and toast with an added treasure – HOT COFFEE!  Residents are watching movies in the lobby and Amanda is doing manicures today!

We continue to manage through a variety of pressing priorities:

We are pressuring the city to remove the power line blocking our entrance.  The mayor is communicating their efforts daily.
Dehumidifiers are creating heat, but we have more air-conditioning units being secured today allowing us to continue with refurbishments.
Providing respite to our storm team and confirming care coverage is an emphasis. Coordinating care can be challenging under normal circumstances.   Executive leaders and other home office support are prepared to work and will arrive today with supplies and materials.
We will continue to manage communication through our support center and the hellokenner@inspiredliving.care email.
o Even if phone lines are restored, power is at a premium.  We will contact you immediately and DIRECTLY if there is a specific situation with your loved one.
The portable buildings are expected to arrive today.  We are disappointed, the ADA portable bathroom vendor is having difficulty however our partner, Coastal Restoration, is working to facilitate additional units to their order.  Of equal importance is restoring the lift station which will allow us to manually flush toilets.  We are cautiously optimistic this will happen today allowing us to sanitize bathrooms.

The mayor reports, Inspired Living is an A-1 priority which is an equivalent priority to the hospital systems for water and electrical restoration.  There is no higher priority.

If you want to and can bring your loved one home, we understand and want to work with you to facilitate your wishes. Please contact us at hellokenner@inspiredliving.care to schedule pick-up.

We appreciate your trust and prayers and consider it a privilege to care for your loved one.

God bless, Campbell

Good evening friends, and families of Inspired Living Kenner.

This is Campbell McClure, your Executive Director with an update on our community. Stephanie and I made rounds this morning and checked on every resident.  All are doing well sheltering in place. Our associates are working tirelessly to provide your moms and dads with care during this difficult time. Above all else, safety is our priority.  We believe sheltering in place continues to be the safest option at this time, but should that change, we will execute quickly and efficiently.

Here are the latest updates:

While our community did experience roof damage, the restoration team arrived yesterday and began roof repairs, as well as refurbishment on the third floor. The elevator is working and every resident who wants to return to their apartment is able to do so.
Our generators are working, and we have ample fuel with refueling deliveries scheduled.
We have ample food and drinking water; meals are being served on disposable dishware.
This morning we received a portable air conditioning unit that will help keep the building cool on all 3 floors. We are having fans delivered to help resident rooms stay cool.
We are communicating with our support center to relay messages to and from family until phone lines are restored.
Our recovery team will arrive tomorrow afternoon with additional supplies, labor, and materials.
We have secured portable buildings/ trailers for our staff to rest and recover as well as offering portable bathroom facilities.  These will be on site tomorrow.
Please know that we will contact you immediately and directly if there is a specific situation with your loved one.

We are also in communication with the Mayor of Kenner.  They are working around the clock to repair water main breaks; we are patiently but anxiously awaiting restoration of water service.

Given the situation, if you want to and are able to bring your loved one home, we understand and want to work with you to facilitate your wishes. Please contact us at hellokenner@inspiredliving.care to schedule pickup.

We appreciate your trust and prayers and consider it a privilege to care for your loved one.

These messages will also be emailed and sent via call 'em all.

God bless,

Campbell McClure

8.30.2021

Good afternoon friends and families of Inspired Living Kenner.  This is Steve Benjamin, CEO of Validus/ Inspired Living. I am reaching out as our Executive Director Campbell McClure, along with other support members are actively working to serve your loved one. Our team has been on-site and serving residents throughout the evening and this morning.

The storm was as strong as predicted.   As you are aware the city is without power but Inspired Living Kenner has a generator and it is running and cooling common areas and we have fuel to manage for the next several days.
The ATT tower is down and has impacted our phone lines as well as lines across the city.  Please bear with us as we need to minimize distractions to staff.
We maintain water and nonperishable foods as well as disposable supplies but for your peace of mind, our national partner Sodexo is on schedule to deliver additional food tomorrow.  In addition, we have secured jet service to send in additional recovery team members to provide relief to those who have managed through the storm.
Unfortunately, our community did experience damage to the roof which has impacted residents on the third floor and the surge created intrusion on the first floor.

However, our restoration team is expected to arrive within the hour and focused on immediately working to repairing the roof and clear and clean areas that have been impacted as well as bringing additional generators to facilitate sheltering in place until repairs are complete.
Within the community, our local storm team is working to relocate residents who have been affected to the safest most comfortable area while we assess and repair the community.

We currently are without water but are working to get portable bathroom facilities on-site to be able to continue to shelter in place.
Our residents are resilient and understand we are doing everything we can to minimize the disruption to their lives and to keep them safe. They are in good spirits.   Our local team is working HARD to serve your loved one.  Please be patient with us and we will continue to update you as we have new information.   Our top concern is the safety and wellbeing of our residents.

If you are interested in coming to get your loved one – please email us at hellokenner@inspiredliving.care to notify us of any plans.

These messages will also be emailed out to you as well as sent in a call em all.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Steve Benjamin

August 28, 2021

Good afternoon friends and families of Inspired Living Kenner.  This is Campbell McClure, your Executive Director.  As of 1 p.m. Saturday, Hurricane Ida continues to show signs of strengthening as it moves towards coastal Louisiana. The forecast track remains the same although recent models show a slight shift to the east.  Landfall is expected in lower Terrebonne Sunday evening as a major storm.

Our emergency preparedness team is in place and prepared to shelter here at Inspired Living Kenner.  Leadership assignments have been deployed and we are staffed with associates who are willing and able to stay in the community through the duration of the storm.

There has been no order to evacuate for areas inside the Jefferson Parish levee system and we feel confident in our ability to shelter in place.  As of now, city officials have faith in our levee and pumping stations with almost 100% of Jefferson Parish’s functioning.  Power outages are expected however, Inspired Living Kenner has a generator prepared to sustain our community for 4-5 days before refill.  Our generator has been tested and an Emergency Management Plan is in place.  We maintain required volumes of fuel, water, and nonperishable foods.  We have emergency transportation and fuel backup on standup with companies ready to dispatch if necessary.

If you need to communicate with us, we ask you to email the hellokenner@inspiredliving.care account as it is monitored by our support center in Tampa and they will assist with keeping you informed should we lose power.  Feel free to call me at 504-201-4616.

We will continue to update you daily as information becomes available.

Update messages will be emailed out to you as well as posted here on our website emergency information page.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!  Several managers including our Memory Care Director and Health & Wellness Director have been in the building all day and report positivity from residents and staff.  It’s an honor to care for your loved ones and we will continue to keep them safe.

Take care families and friends and God Bless you all!

Campbell McClure

Executive Director

8.27.2021

Good afternoon friends and families of Inspired Living Kenner.  This is your Executive Director, Campbell McClure.    Tropical Storm Ida is strengthening in the Caribbean Sea and is forecast to make landfall on the northern U.S. Gulf Coast as a major hurricane this weekend with storm surge, dangerous rainfall flooding, and potential tornadoes.

We wanted to inform you that we will enact our emergency preparedness team and procedures effective tomorrow (Saturday, August 28 2021 at 3pm).  This plan includes leadership assignments and staffing with associates who are willing and able to stay in the community through the duration of the storm.

The Storm Team is personnel needed to maintain the operations at the Community during the storm, Associates on the Storm Team will report to the Community to work just before the storm and work until conditions are safe to bring in the Recovery Team for staffing relief. The Recovery Team is personnel needed to continue to maintain the operations at the Community immediately following the storm.

Inspired Living Kenner has a generator that has been tested and an Emergency Management Plan.  We maintain required volumes of fuel, water, and nonperishable foods.

We are asking that you complete this form and email to hellokenner@inspiredliving.care if your resident will be staying on-site for the storm, or if your preference is to keep your resident with you which will help us plan logistics and staffing. We strive for operational excellence and are honored to care for your loved one.

This message is being emailed and texted out to you as well as printed and given to residents.  If you have any immediate concerns, please email them to hellokenner@inspiredliving.care and either I or one of our capable and dedicated associates will get back to you as quickly as possible.  Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Thank you and God Bless!

Inspired Living Residents and Families,

As the nation is seeing a spike in positive COVID-19 cases, we remain vigilant in our efforts to keep our residents and associates safe. While the spike is concerning, you can have confidence in knowing we are monitoring and adjusting operating procedures as needed. We continue to follow guidelines from the CDC and our state health department, while also consulting with multiple physicians and experts to ensure we have the most current guidance.

We operate balancing an abundance of caution and strict adherence to CDC guidelines, with the need to support our residents in enjoying every day of their lives. As a reminder, should we confirm an active case amongst residents or staff we will adjust to a quarantine status which will impact visitation.

Our ongoing protocols remain in place including mandatory masks for ALL associates, vendors, and visitors regardless of vaccine status. Residents do not have a mask mandate, but they are highly encouraged to wear masks (excluding Louisiana where masks are mandated). Visitors, associates, and vendors will continue to be screened upon entry using a COVD-19 questionnaire and temperature checks. Visitors should maintain 6 feet of social distance from the residents they are visiting and remain socially distant from other residents. We are orchestrating activities in smaller groups and focused as much as possible outdoors with distance and encouraging dining in small groups.

If a community has a resident or associate who has tested positive for COVID-19, that person will need to isolate, and the community will have a two-week period of restricted access and modified scheduling to reduce the risk of further exposure.

We encourage everyone to take this surge seriously - but rest assured, we are committed to fighting this indistinct battle and will execute our plan of action to ensure the safety and welfare of your loved one. Please reach out to your community’s executive director if you have any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,

Lindsey Hacker
President and Chief Financial Officer
Validus Senior Living
