How did you get into senior living?
I was looking for a second career after decades in hospitality. I was looking for what I call a legacy career, something that made a difference on a daily basis. What better place than Senior Living to do that!!
Who inspires you?
It's not who, but what. I am curious and love to learn so it's whoever can teach me.
What would people be surprised to know about you?
That I am an identical twin and my brother and I had our own language for our first three years - twin speech! And what was unusual was that my older sister was able to translate for others.
Beatles or Elvis?
Bruce!!!!!!!
How did you wind up at Inspired Living?
Tired of the Northeast Winters, my wife and I moved south in September and this opportunity presented itself. I couldn't be luckier than to step into this role at a nicer Community.
What do you want your legacy to be?
That I was approachable, generous and kind.

How did you get into senior living?
While working in the hospital system, I saw a number of senior patients that needed additional services at home, but didn't know what to do or where to turn in order to get the help they needed. Seeing this, I wanted to help make a difference and decided to enter the world of senior living. Everyone is someone's grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, someone's loved one and should be treated as such. I have always loved helping others and what better of a population to focus those efforts on than our seniors; those that helped my generation get where we are today.
Who inspires you?
My grandmother and great uncle played a big role in my childhood. They were always there for me, supporting me, cheering me on, and now that they are older and are in need of help, I am the one there for them, doing anything I can for them. This is my chance to show them how much I truly appreciated what they did for me while I was growing up.
What would people be surprised to know about you?
Living in Florida my entire life, born in South Florida and raised in Brevard, I have never seen snow.
How did you wind up at Inspired Living?
I was raised and have spent a good majority of my life in Rockledge. Alura is just down the street from my home and I have watched the building being constructed for months. From the beginning I could tell it was going to be beautiful, something special, and I wanted to be a part of it.
What do you want your legacy to be?
I want to inspire my son to be the best person he can possibly be. Showing him, by example, that he can help make this world better and kinder. If I can help make the life of one senior, one family, one person, better, then all the long days and late nights have all been worth it and I have done my job.
