Dietary District Manager
Kevin Mahaney
How did you get into senior living?
It was my wife’s idea. I had been in full service casual and/or fine dining for about 12 years and it was a very tough life. I had no personal/professional life balance and she knew I was unhappy. She encouraged me to apply for a Dining Room manager position in Senior Living and it was one of the best professional moves in my career
Who inspires you?
Tony Robbins, Joel Osteen, Tony Dungy, Joe Maddon, and my Dad, may he rest in peace.
A thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I love yard work and doing projects in my backyard. I find it to be very relaxing and therapeutic.
Beatles or Elvis?
Elvis of course!
How did you wind up at Inspired Living?
Steve Benjamin recruited me for which I will forever be thankful.
What do you want your legacy to be?
“Kevin was a hard-working, appreciative, dependable, and faithful family man and friend. His word is his honor and it is better than a signed contract. His word or promise was the one thing that no one could ever take away from him. If he said he would do something, he would do it. No exceptions!”
