Why did you get into senior living?

An opportunity became available to put my experience and knowledge in this industry a few years ago. Then, I started to realized the impact and the difference I could make in the senior living community. My passion became to help design the best facilities and safe environment for the residents.

Who truly inspires you?

My Family! Everything I do is with my family in mind, and for their well being.

A thing people would be surprised to know about you?

I graduated from the Police Academy in FL and I received the Top Gun award.

Beatles or Elvis?

Beatles.

How did you wind up at Inspired Living?

In 2013 I started my path in senior living with Autumn Leaves in Houston TX as a Regional Director. At that time, one of my VP of Operations, Nicole Gasaway was side by side with me helping to make a difference in this industry. In 2018 Nicole moved on to Inspired Living and when she saw an opportunity for me at Inspired Living she contacted me to see if I was interested on taking a new opportunity. Since Feb 2019 I’ve been a part of this great family at Inspired Living. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

What do you want your legacy to be?

I would like to be a good mentor and share my knowledge with those who seek it. I work hard every day to be a great leader to be able to inspire others.
